OUR MEMBERSHIPS

HOUSE

From £300* per month

House members have access to our communal workspaces for five, twelve or unlimited work days per month. They also have full access to our meeting rooms, gym and all House events.

RESIDENT

Prices upon request

Resident members have dedicated individual workspaces and enjoy unlimited access to member lounges, meeting rooms, the gym and events programme on any day of the week.

STUDY

Prices upon request

Study members have a dedicated team office (from 5 to 50 people), enjoying unlimited access to communal floors, meeting rooms, the gym and events programme on any day of the week.

SOCIAL

From £100* per month

Our Social membership is ideal for those seeking an inspiring environment in which to connect and create in the evenings and at weekends. Enjoy access to all areas of the House, from Rooftop Bar to downstairs gym, and experience our full calendar of events, including guest chefs, live music, film screenings and author talks.

All memberships are annual.

Designed for those who seek more than just a workspace, they are places where flat whites are delivered to your desk, the all-day menu fuels your productivity, and you produce your most inspired work. For those who thrive on creativity and personal growth, Maslow’s Member Houses are havens of private workspaces, members’ lounges, fitness studios, meeting & event spaces, rooftop bars and restaurants, all under one roof.

MORTIMER HOUSE

Mortimer House opened in London’s Fitzrovia, in 2017. Set in a 7 storey Art Deco building, Mortimer House features beautifully designed workspaces, members’ living rooms, studio and gym and a progressive events program. Mortimer House Kitchen is the public facing restaurant that has been established as a neighborhood classic.

1 WARWICK

Our second location, 1 Warwick is located on a dynamic corner of London’s Soho. Opened in Spring 2023, the members’ house features, Yasmin, a stunning rooftop restaurant and terrace, private and communal workspace, event space, members’ living rooms and gym. Nessa, the acclaimed ground floor restaurant with Executive Chef Tom Cenci, serves a menu that champions seasonality with an inventive, playful twist.
